The SRG-XP1 PoV camera for perspective shooting offers an accessible entry into the world of 4K video production. It is ideal for "unattended" video streaming in environments such as e-sports venues and reality TV broadcasts, classrooms, conference rooms and operating theatres, where it can also be used as a high-quality secondary camera.
Its compact size and ease of installation make the SRG-XP1 ideal for multi-camera setups without the need for dedicated cameramen. It can be used on walls, ceilings, tripods and shelves, and in locations where space is limited and the installation of many full-frame cameras is costly or impractical.
The wide-angle lens offers a wide field of view of over 100 degrees (horizontal), allowing the camera to capture the entire subject even at close range. It can also capture the entire audience in a classroom or auditorium - even from tricky positions where it's difficult to install an ordinary room camera.
Video streams, power and camera control signals are transmitted over a standard Ethernet cable, reducing installation costs and simplifying integration into today's IP network production environments.

Robust, stylish and compact

With a size of only 51.2 x 72.4 x 121.7 mm and a weight of 417 g, the SRG-XP1 can be easily integrated into any environment. The upper and lower tripod mounts increase installation flexibility. Rear-mounted guards provide added strength, and the large, easy-to-read tally lamp is useful for multi-camera setups.

Wide shooting angle

The wide-angle lens covers a generous field of view of over 100 degrees (horizontally). In addition to being able to take a close-up of the presenter's entire face or body without cropping, it can also cover the entire room so that everyone is visible in the picture.

High quality 4K-60p images

The camera's large 1/1.8" Exmor R CMOS sensor captures sharp, detailed 4K-60p video with excellent sensitivity in low light.　

Audio input

Connect an external microphone or reference level source to capture clear images with sound in lecture halls and meeting rooms or during reality TV broadcasts.

Broadcast style tally lamp

The camera-mounted tally lamp provides visual confirmation to the speaker or presenter when the camera is active. The horizontal bar light is clearly visible to both the performer/lecturer and the director.
