Sony BVM-HX310

Ready for HDR

The BVM-HX310 achieves the optimum performance of the TRIMASTER HX panel and achieves full brightness of 1000 cd/m²* at a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1. The rich, deep black areas and accurate reproduction of strong highlights make it ideal for the production of High Dynamic Range (HDR) content. In addition to supporting a much wider colour gamut than conventional monitors, the BVM-HX310 also delivers high-resolution HDR images with clarity, depth and realism.

Great HDR Flexibility

In addition to conventional 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and CRT gamma, the BVM-HX310 also supports standardized Electro-Optical Transfer Function (EOTF) (EOT) functions for HDR, such as SMPTE ST.2084 and ITU-R BT.2100 (HLG). Both standards are used to meet the needs of today's broadcast and film production industries. Additional EOTF tables for live and post production environments include 2.4 (HDR), S-Log2 (HDR), S-Log3 (HDR) and S-Log3 (Live HDR). This enables simple workflows similar to those for movies. At the same time, a wide 4K dynamic range is provided.
