With the enhanced PCI Express 3.0 interface and Sony's newly developed unique intelligent controller, the memory card offers three times faster ingest time than current versions. When combined with the new SBAC-T40 reader/writer, the PRO X 240GB transfers video to the computer in approximately 3.5 minutes, significantly improving workflow efficiency for professionals.

Stable 4K recording of high bit rate video

EB streaming technology enables constant 2-way communication between the memory card and Sony camcorders, providing stable High Frame Rate (HFR) recording without speed degradation. Enables up to 45 minutes of XAVC 4K 60p (600 Mbps) recording on a 240GB card with compatible Sony camcorders such as VENICE.

If you use the SBP-240F/120F with one of the compatible devices listed below, you must update the system software to the version shown in parentheses or later. For detailed information, refer to the respective device's website.
When using the SBP-240F/120F with compatible card readers, you must install the latest SxS device driver.
When using the SBP-240F/120F with SBAC-US30 or SBAC-UT100, you need to update the system software of the unit to Memory Media Utility 4.3.1 or later.
