The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K comes with a 4/3 sensor, a dynamic range of 13 f-stops and dual native ISO values of up to 25,600. External controls provide quick access to important functions, while the 5-inch touch screen makes framing, focusing and changing camera settings child's play. Images are recorded in RAW or ProRes at up to 120 fps on standard SD/UHS II or CFast 2.0 cards. The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K also features an MFT mount, built-in microphones, an XLR input, a full-size HDMI port, 3D LUT support, Bluetooth, a USB-C expansion port and more.

Digital film sensor for 4K

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K features a full-size 4/3 sensor with 4096 x 2160 resolution and an incredible 13 f-stop dynamic range for true digital movie quality. Thanks to the full 4/3 sensor size, the format factor is reduced, which provides a larger image field. With dual native ISO values of up to 25,600, the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K also impresses in terms of low-light performance over its entire length. The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K can record at up to 60 fps in 4K and up to 120 fps in fenestrated HD. With the fourth generation of Blackmagic Design color processing, it supports film, video and extended video modes. In extended video mode Extended Video, you benefit from film style exposure latitude and the convenience of video mode at the same time. This results in great pictures, even without great effort in post-production.

MFT mount

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K has the same Micro-Four-Thirds-Mount - short MFT - as its predecessor, the Pocket Cinema Camera. So if you are a proud owner of one, you can still use your existing lenses. The MFT mount was specially designed for smaller camera housings and shorter mounting dimensions. This means you can use high-quality lenses that are much smaller. The MFT mount is extremely flexible and compatible with different lens adapters. Adapters for PL, C, EF and many other lenses are available. So use lenses from manufacturers like Canon, Nixon, Pentax, Leica and even Panavision!
