Panasonic AJ-WM50E

The Panasonic AJ-WM50 is a compact wireless module with dual-band technology for P2HD and AG-DVX200 camcorders.

With dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) technology, the WM50 provides a more reliable, stable network connection in many environments. Nevertheless, its compact size allows it to be used in the WLAN module compartment of the P2HD camera. The 2.4 GHz frequency offers high connection quality even in the event of obstructions and is compatible with many devices, while 5 GHz stability in the event of high-frequency interference (e. g. microwave, Bluetooth, etc.) is guaranteed.

Performance features:

• Dual band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac compatible)
• Compact dimensions, fits into camera housings such as the WM30 module
• High level of security with WPA2-PSK (TKIP/AES), WPA-PSK (TKIP/AES), WEP (64 Bit/128 Bit)

The current P2HD cameras and the AJ-DVX200 support the new wireless module, but require a firmware update.
