The Wave is an efficient high-speed camera. The maximum frame rate varies depending on the resolution, but the following resolutions are available for typical cinematography applications:
4K (4096x2176) - 422 fps
2K (2048x1088) - 1,461 fps
For scientific applications, Wave can record at up to 9,259 fps (2048x128) when a smaller image size is selected. Users can also set exact frame rates or use external triggers to synchronise Wave with a rotating or vibrating object and use it as a visual oscilloscope.
