The Sony BC-SAD1 is a USB PD quick charger for one or two SA-series NP-SA100 battery packs.
Main features:
- 2 charging bays, usable independently or simultaneously
- Charging times: 1 battery approx. 85 min (80% in approx. 55 min), 2 batteries simultaneously approx. 115 min
- Powered via USB-C with a USB PD adapter: 1 battery from 27 W, 2 batteries from 45 W (no charging below 18 W; charging slows between tiers)
- LED per bay shows the charge level independently in 4 steps
- Battery health button with 3-step LED for battery condition
- Temperature monitoring and control, heat dissipation designed for the NP-SA100
- Low-profile housing
- USB PD power adapter, USB-C cable and batteries not included
