Return Policy

Shop safely with us. In addition to technical measures such as SSL and certified payment options, we also want you to be just as satisfied with your online purchase from us as you are when you buy from us locally. We therefore offer you the following fair return policy:

In most cases, you can return items ordered from us within 14 days. For a full refund of the value of the goods, the items in question must be in an unopened and absolutely new condition, contain all enclosures such as instructions etc. and any (electronic) counters must have a reading of zero. If the items do not meet these requirements, we will be happy to carry out a product inspection at our premises on request and make you a return offer, in which we will generally deduct at least 20% of the value of the goods for restocking. The return must always be announced in advance and confirmed by us.

Return procedure

1. You notify us of the return of the items by e-mail to info@avtplus.de, stating the invoice number and the relevant item numbers. 
2. We will check your request and confirm a possible return if necessary. 
3. You return the item(s) well packaged in suitable outer packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice:

4. Upon receipt of the items, we will check the conditions and inform you of the result, possibly stating the amount of the restocking fee. 

5. If applicable, you confirm the return under the conditions stated.

6. We will issue you with a credit note.

Items generally excluded from return

• Items specially manufactured or modified at the customer's request.
• Used devices and (ex-) demo devices.
• Digital products that you have received via download.
• Software, videos, instructions, etc. on data carriers if these have been unpacked.
• Consumables, if these have been unpacked.
• Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
